Understand the Space
Furniture establishes scale, purpose and flow so buyers can see how the home works.
Your property may be ready to sell. We make it ready to be wanted.
We prepare vacant and occupied homes for photography, marketing and viewings—using strategic furniture and styling to help buyers understand the space, feel the lifestyle and recognise its value.
For owners selling apartments, villas and luxury homes across Portugal.

An empty room can feel smaller than it is. An occupied home can feel like it belongs to somebody else. In both cases, the buyer is asked to imagine too much.
Online, that uncertainty begins with the photographs. During a viewing, it becomes questions about scale, layout, work and cost. Instead of picturing their future, buyers begin looking for reasons to hesitate—or negotiate.
Home staging changes the conversation before it starts. We present the property as a complete, refined home designed for the market, so buyers can concentrate on possibility rather than problems.
Home staging is a temporary property-marketing service. For a vacant home, we install the furniture, lighting, artwork, textiles and accessories required to make it feel complete. For an occupied home, we review what should stay, move or be removed, then strengthen the presentation with selected additions where appropriate.
Market-led. Buyer-focused. Temporary. The right presentation makes the property easier to understand online, easier to connect with in person and easier to remember afterward.

A warm, considered presentation helps buyers imagine arriving, living and belonging.
Photography and video communicate a complete home from the first listing image.
One team manages the concept, furniture, logistics, installation, styling and collection.
You receive one tailored proposal built around the property, likely buyer, asking price and intended launch date.
We assess the location, architecture, price point, existing presentation, intended buyer and rooms that matter most.
We explain whether the property needs vacant or occupied staging, which spaces to prioritise and why.
Where required, we provide furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, mirrors, textiles and accessories for the agreed period.
Our team coordinates transport, assembly, placement and final detailing throughout the property.
We prepare the completed rooms for professional listing photography, video and the first viewing.
After the sale, we arrange collection. Renewal or a buyer-purchase option can be discussed where applicable.

Vacant and occupied properties need different staging decisions, but both must become clear, inviting and commercially focused.
For a vacant property, we create the complete visual story from empty rooms. For an occupied home, we work respectfully with what is already there—editing, repositioning and adding only what strengthens the sale.
The result is refined and welcoming, but never so personal that the buyer feels like a guest in somebody else’s home. Think of the ease and emotional clarity of a beautifully considered hotel: complete, aspirational and ready to experience.

A €4 million Porto villa sold four days after being launched with our staging.
Of buyers’ agents surveyed by NAR in 2025 said staging made it easier for buyers to visualise a property as their future home.
Our staging investment commonly represents approximately 0.5% to 1% of the asking price, depending on scope.
Every sale depends on pricing, demand, location, condition and the agent’s strategy. Home staging strengthens presentation and buyer understanding but cannot guarantee a sale, price or timeline.
Send the property location, photographs or listing, approximate asking price, vacant or occupied status and preferred launch date.
We recommend the appropriate staging route, priority rooms, furniture-rental period, investment and realistic installation programme.
Once approved and paid, we reserve your project and prepare every element required for the agreed installation.
Our team coordinates delivery, assembly, placement and final styling, with care for the property throughout.
The home is completed and ready for professional imagery, marketing, viewings and the strongest possible first impression.
Staging is most valuable when buyers need help understanding scale, layout or lifestyle; when the property is vacant, highly personal, visually dated or difficult to photograph; or when the asking price deserves a stronger presentation. We first review the property and recommend only the level of staging that makes commercial sense.
Interior design creates a permanent home around the owner’s taste and way of living. Home staging is temporary and created for the future buyer. It presents the space neutrally and emotionally, shows what furniture fits and helps the market understand the lifestyle being sold.
The investment depends on the property’s size, value, location, access, rooms, outdoor areas and staging period. As a broad guide, our professional staging commonly represents approximately 0.5% to 1% of the asking price. You receive a defined proposal before making a commitment.
Depending on the agreed scope, we provide furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, mirrors, textiles and accessories, together with delivery, installation, styling and eventual collection. The proposal lists exactly what is included.
Yes, where appropriate. We can advise what to edit, move, store or retain, then reposition existing pieces and introduce selected additions. The approach is practical and respectful: the objective is to strengthen the sale without turning daily life into an unnecessary renovation project.
Not always. We identify the rooms with the greatest influence on buyer understanding and emotion. The living room, principal bedroom, kitchen or dining area and key outdoor spaces often matter most. For luxury properties, a coherent whole-home presentation is usually stronger than one beautifully furnished room surrounded by emptiness.
Ideally, staging is completed before professional photography and the property’s first market launch. If the home is already listed and the presentation is not converting, it can still be staged and relaunched with new imagery.
Timing depends on the property’s location, readiness, access, scope and inventory availability. Once we receive the essential information, we provide a realistic programme in the proposal rather than promising a date we cannot protect.
Most vacant-home proposals include an initial period of five to seven months. The included period and monthly renewal fee are stated clearly in the proposal.
We arrange collection of the rented staging furniture. If the buyer would like to keep the look, a purchase option may be prepared where applicable.
Yes. The seller can appoint us directly, or the agent can coordinate the introduction and property information. We keep responsibilities and communication clear so staging supports the sales process.
No responsible staging company can guarantee a sale, price or timeline. Staging improves how buyers understand, photograph and experience the property; market demand, asking price, location, condition and the agent’s sales strategy remain decisive.
We would be delighted to review your property. Share the location, photographs or listing, approximate asking price, whether it is vacant or occupied and your preferred launch date. We will recommend the most suitable staging route and prepare a tailored proposal for your consideration.
