For staging, the furniture is normally rented for an agreed marketing period. For turnkey projects and buyer furniture packages, the furniture is purchased. Your proposal makes the model, included period and renewal terms clear.
Timing depends on scope, access and site readiness. Many curated furnishing projects can be installed within approximately three to five weeks after approval. We confirm the realistic programme before you commit.
When a staged model unit within a development sells, we can relocate the complete staging package to the next unsold unit. This allows the development to keep presenting a fully furnished home throughout the sales phase without purchasing a new staging package for every unit.
Yes. A buyer may purchase the staged package, choose a furniture package prepared for the development or ask us to adjust the package to their needs. We can then coordinate the complete turnkey furnishing and prepare the home for their move.
Depending on the package: furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, linen, towels, kitchenware, accessories, procurement, delivery, installation and final styling.
