Should I stage the property or furnish it permanently?
Stage it when the objective is sale and you do not need to buy a permanent interior. Purchase a turnkey package when the property will remain furnished for rental or sale.
Can you furnish short-term rental investments?
Yes. We consider sleeping capacity, guest expectations, durability, kitchen equipment, linen and photography.
Can you furnish long-term rentals?
Yes. We prepare complete, attractive and practical homes aligned with the intended tenant and rental level.
Can you work with an international investor remotely?
Yes. Plans, photographs, video calls and clear approval points allow much of the process to be coordinated remotely. Site access and local decisions must still be arranged.
Can you create the same package for several units?
Yes. We can define a repeatable package by unit type and adapt it where layouts differ.
How is staging priced?
Staging depends on property size, price, rooms, access and rental period. As a broad guide, it often represents approximately 0.5% to 1% of the asking price.
What does a rental-ready package include?
It may include furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, mattresses, linen, towels, kitchenware, selected appliances, accessories, installation and styling.
Can you arrange photography?
Photography and market-launch preparation can be included in the proposal.
